2. General Provisions & Currency
Transaction Currency. All transactions, pricing, and refunds are processed exclusively in South African Rand (ZAR).

Governing Law. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape Province. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to Mediation / Arbitration strictly in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Port Elizabeth.
3. Product Usage & Liability
Fire Suppression Gel. Fire suppression products must be used strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. The Company is not liable for any property damage, personal injury, or consequential loss resulting from the misuse, mishandling, or incorrect application of the gel.
Warranty. All products carry an automatic 14-day warranty. Should the gel be found defective, it can be returned within 14 days for repair, replacement, or a full refund, subject to inspection.
4. Product Information & Proper Use
Intended Use Only. Our non-toxic fire-suppression gel is formulated for specific preventative and protective applications against heat and flame. It must be stored, handled, and applied strictly in accordance with the official instructions.
No Substitute for Professional Emergency Services. The Product is designed to assist in flame retardation and heat reduction. It is not a replacement for calling emergency services, fire departments, or executing standard emergency evacuation procedures during an active fire.
Non-Toxic Classification. While the Product is formulated with non-toxic, eco-friendly ingredients, it is meant for topical or surface application only. It is not for human or animal consumption. In case of accidental ingestion or eye irritation, seek medical advice immediately.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer of Warranties
No Guarantee of Absolute Prevention. While our Product significantly retards flame spread when applied correctly, the Company cannot guarantee absolute immunity from fire damage, property loss, injury, or death due to unpredictable environmental variables (e.g. extreme wind, fuel loads, incorrect application density, or structural failure).
Application Risks. The Customer assumes all responsibility for ensuring the Product is applied correctly to compatible surfaces. We are not liable for any cosmetic, chemical, or structural damage resulting from application to incompatible materials.
Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the purchase or use of the Product shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the Customer for the specific order in question.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, images, text, and product formulations displayed on this website are the exclusive property of the Company. No part of this site or product branding may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without explicit written consent.
12. Operating Jurisdiction
This online shopfront operates in the Republic of South Africa and selected East African States, and we sell primarily to everyday consumers as well as to commercial businesses and farmers.
6. Delivery Policy
Shipping Areas. We deliver across the Republic of South Africa using reputable courier partners. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination.
Delivery Fees. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on order size and delivery address.
Risk of Ownership. Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery. Please ensure a physical address is provided as we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Order Acceptance. All orders placed through the website are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Pricing Errors. We strive for absolute accuracy, but in the event a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for the item at the incorrect price, even if the order has been confirmed and charged.
Secure Payment. Payments must be made in full through our integrated, secure online payment gateways prior to shipment.
7. Cancellation Policy
General Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch without penalty. Once the order has been handed to our courier, it cannot be cancelled, and you will need to follow the Returns Policy.
Cooling-Off Period. Under Section 44 of the ECTA, if your purchase resulted from direct marketing, you have 7 business days from receipt of goods to cancel the agreement and receive a refund, provided the goods are unopened and unused. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
8. Returns & Refund Policy
Standard Returns. Unused, unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. A handling fee may apply to non-defective returns.
Defective Goods. If the fire gel is defective or unfit for its intended purpose, you may return it within 7 days of purchase. We will arrange collection of the product, inspect it, and offer a full refund, repair, or replacement at our discretion.
Processing Refunds. Refunds are processed via EFT or back to the original credit card within 30 days of us receiving and approving the returned item.
